Perry R. Clark specializes in trials and appeals of intellectual property cases. Mr. Clark has litigated disputes throughout the United States related to patents, trade secrets, trademarks, licensing, international trade, joint development of technology, and contracts. He has represented corporations in matters involving a broad range of technologies, including semiconductors, computer software and networking, telecommunications, medical devices, chemicals, lasers and precision optics, automobiles, financial services, online retailing, and electronic payment processing. His experience includes jury trials, arbitrations, and hearings before the International Trade Commission. Mr. Clark also has appeared as appellate counsel before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the Ninth Circuit, and the Third Circuit, and California state courts.
